Chrono keeps asking for download location for each file

Hello Since the most recent update, the Send To OneNote feature in Outlook does not prompt for a location but seems to be defaulting to the same notebook each time - even if it is not the active notebook. Click the circle to the left of the "Save files to" option to enable downloads for a specific location. If you would prefer to be asked where to save a download every time you download something, click instead the "Always ask you where to save files" circle. It appears that the latest version of Edge (version ) broke the function "Ask me what to do with each download" (the "Always as me if I want to save a file or open it without saving" option) as no prompt is shown on the bottom left of the Edge Windows even though this option is set to on in the Downloads settings.
